The Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko decided to challenge in law courts returns of the presidential election runoff, journalists have learned from Olena Shustik, Member of Parliament, deputy chairwoman of the BYT faction.
"Yesterday we passed a decision to challenge the outcome by precincts, then, correspondingly demand a recount by constituency commissions, and, most likely, if we have a positive result of the litigations, then question overall poll returns," she said.
As to Shustik, they will appeal against vote returns at polling stations in many provinces.
"There are too many [polling] stations, because despite the outgiving of absence of massive rigging, but they were really massive, starting from five or six percent voted at home without references, and this is a bug number. Apart from this voted 'dead', 'alive' and 'unborn' in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions, plus 'roundabouts'," the MP added.
She was difficult to say if a third round of the election could be called on basis of such actions' results.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction considers at least 1 million ballot papers were rigged in favour of presidential candidate, Party of Regions leader Viktor Yanukovych during the February 7 presidential runoff in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and Crimea.
The presidential election runoff was held in Ukraine on February 7.
Presidential candidate, leader of the Party of Regions Viktor Yanukovych won 48.94% of votes, and presidential candidate, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko received 45.48% of votes, according to results of vote count of 99.94% of protocols from precinct election commissions.
